Since we are in the age of internet, more and more people are going online than before. Like for example Facebook alone averages 1.44 billion monthly active users. Facebook is just one of the places internet users go. People check emails, go on other social media accounts, go to forums, etc., and for some people like me, people who work on the internet, we deal with numerous sites and managing passwords can be a daunting task.
One solution that worked best for me is by the use of Lastpass. Lastpass is like a vault of all my passwords. I don’t need to remember every username and password for every site. It also works best on managing my money making websites.
How it works
Lastpass saves all your passwords securely. In order for it to work, you need to download Lastpass. It is available for Chrome, Windows, Mac, Opera, Firefox, Linux and on mobile devices.
When visiting and logging in on a site for the first time, there will be an option to save the password on Lastpass. It would be easier then to login on that site the next time using form fill. There is also an option to edit usernames and passwords.
A great feature of Lastpass is you can share passwords. You can share a password without the person knowing it. The person can use form fill and login to that site without knowing the password.
Lastpass is a free solution in managing your passwords. You can use lastpass in most platforms and it is very easy to use. A must have for people who are using a lot of different sites.
